Our Service includes providing quotes, plan comparisons, and educational content to help you make informed decisions about your health coverage. We are not an insurance carrier.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from any use of the Service that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

6. Voice Calls Terms
By providing your phone number, you provide your express consent for Clarity Health Insurance and its partners to contact you with marketing communications via live agent, artificial or prerecorded voice, and automatic telephone dialing system calls at the number you provided, even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call list.
- Call Frequency: Call frequency will vary based on your request for information and engagement with our services.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of future calls by stating your request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list during any call you receive. If you have also consented to SMS messages, you may reply STOP to a message to opt out of both calls and texts.

- Rates: Your mobile or landline carrier's rates and fees may apply to any calls you receive from us.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Clarity Health Insurance.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Clarity Health Insurance makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included. To the full extent permissible by law, Clarity Health Insurance disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Clarity Health Insurance will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Multnomah County, Oregon.
