TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLARITY HEALTH INSURANCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

CLARITY HEALTH INSURANCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
